To be successful in the role you must have

• Master's degree or above
• At least 10 Years’ experience in HW digital and Radio design area
• Be rich of customer insight and business understanding
• Excellent Project and Program Management Skills is preferred
• Coaching & Mentoring Skills
• Negotiation Skill
• Formulating strategies and concepts

Be familiar with semi-conductor supply chain
