PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB：
Responsible for all marketing efforts for the products under his/her scope in Greater China.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Establish product positions which includes:
-Design different solution for target segments according to customer request
-Define solution including product, workflow and information system
-Design and execute clinical outcome studies to validate offer of the solution
2.Establish solution launch plan which includes:
-Identify key accounts and build sales pipeline
-Establish pricing
-Generate sales forecast
-Generate all sales material and tools
-Train sales team, AS team, and distributors
3.Establish national promotion and education programs; leverage the expertise and experience to coordinate the resources cross different departments;
4.Understand competitive landscape;
5.Build up the reference site of the solution for target segment.

KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE:

1. A lateral thinker with excellent strategic, innovative and analytical skills, practically implementing the devised strategy 2. Good interpersonal and communication skills 3. Excellent English and Mandarin in both oral and written 4. A minimum of 3+ years’ product & marketing experience in multinational companies from Healthcare industry, preferably IVD and infection disease. Business development experience will be a plus. 5. Bachelor’s Degree or above in biologic science or clinical laboratory medicine. Master degree will be a plus. Molecular biology, microbiology on marketing is preferred.
