职位描述
工作内容：
1、真履行交接制度，负责监控情况的记录，做好交接班记录，交接班记录必须及时、准确、详细、完整、清楚；
2、接到火警信号时，必须立即赶赴现场，进行现场勘察；如发现火情或觉察潜在的事故时，消防中控人员必须立即报告领导及有关部门，并采取紧急措施，按预案执行，事后做好详细记录；
3、严格遵守楼宇自控设备的操作规程，负责消防报警设施、图像监控设施的操作；
4、注意保养、维护监控中心的一切设备，如设备发生故障，及时与有关部门联系，说明情况，协助修理，并认真做好故障处理记录；
5、妥善保存消防中控室各种报警设备的自动记录、监控录像资料，以备后查，严格遵守消防监控室的保密纪律；
6、禁止擅自将录像机、监控器关闭或改为它用；
7、保持室内卫生，下班前要对中控室的卫生进行打扫；完成领导交办的各项工作；
