职位描述
- Build AP OEM Process Segment strategy. Ensure alignment of strategies with the industry, business units, market access, and Global OEM team.
- Implement best-in-class sales processes to drive results. Ensure all account planning and metrics are done on a regular basis in support of the company’s strategies. Front log management and reporting is integral to this process.
- Ensure growth in AP OEM Process Segment through expanding relationships including the C-level leveraging multiple buying influences, eco-system collaboration and innovative and value-added solutions within worldwide/AP OEM Process Segment customers.
- Assess the existing Business Development/Sales team against the skill sets required to drive the organization forward. Identify, attract and retain appropriate resources to execute the sales strategy. Create and maintain excitement and high energy across the entire sales team.
- Drive the performance of the Business Development/Sales team against well communicated goals.
- Provide direction and leadership to support the following activities: advertising, trade shows, key customer meetings, sales training conferences and distributor conferences within the Region.
- Work closely with Rockwell Automation sales, channel, GOTC, and business unit to ensure alignment, plan, coordinate and execute projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
任职资格:
- 6+ years of progressive sales/business management experiences with recognized expertise working with customers in the Process related industries.
- This position requires a BS in computer science, engineering, or BS/BA in business or marketing with technical experience in the IIoT, automation, and motor control field. An MBA or advanced degree in business management is desirable.
- Ability to manage and influence the sales teams including remote teams in a high growth, high technology environment to drive results.
- This individual must be knowledgeable in all areas of the industries - CPG and Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Chemical, W/WW, Mining, Metal and other industries(PROCESS), and be able to describe IIoT, complete automation architectures including controller platforms, (logic, integrated motion, drives, safety), communications, software and services.
- Successful sales / sales management / sales support experience within world-class sales organizations in Process related industries and OEMs.
- A comprehensive knowledge and significant relationships with leaders in Process related industries or OEMs.
- Demonstrated ability to forge relationships, build and inspire trust with C-level executives.
- A history of managing effectively in a rapidly growing organization, and demonstrated double digit growth.
- A track record of achieving a sales quota of greater than $50 million.
- Ability to influence and operate within a matrix organization.
