1、了解跨境电子商务ebay平台规则，负责Ebay账号的产品上架，维护；产品线的运营管理；店铺日常维护：产品定价、链接优化、旺铺设计、产品资料、关键词整理及上下架管。

2、密切关注eBay竞品平台的商品、品类、价格等走势，随时调整运营策略和方向，使平台始终在商品、品类、价格等维度优于其他竞品平台。

3、定期对本部门销售业绩进行统计分析并及时调整销售策略。

4、了解平台运营的相关费用，懂得成本和利润控制，熟悉平台各项政策与制度，维护账号安全，保持店铺的好评率和良好的信用         度, 制作销售明细报表，进行销售分析；

5.不断学习ebay平台各项政策与制度，控制风险，保持账号健康稳定

6、完成公司交与的销售目标，实现自身的提升；

岗位要求：

1、大专及以上学历，大学英语四级以上，英文读写流利（必须），有较好的赚钱欲望，优秀应届毕业亦可；

2、熟练使用办公软件；有photoshop 基础者优先。

3、性格温和，具备良好的客户服务意识，有团队意识，能接受加班；

4、工作积极主动，责任心强，主动学习能力强；
