1、对阿里巴巴国际站营销工作有较深的认识，能够独立运营和管理阿里巴巴平台，具有至少一年以上网店运营推广工作经验；

2、熟悉阿里巴巴后台操作、店铺装修、产品更新、产品上传及各项认证活动；

3、懂得平台产品排名规则，并实现店铺在平台的站内排名；

4、耐心细心，能根据客户情况及时制定相应的销售策略；

5、熟悉阿里巴巴自然排名，橱窗排名和P4P排名规则，以及阿里平台规则和活动规则，会使用P4P提升平台数据；

6、能分析平台数据优劣，能指导外贸业务员使用正确的关键词发布产品；

7、能利用各种网络平台推广公司产品，会使用谷歌等帮公司网站做引流者优先；

8、熟悉邮件推广开发客户

岗位要求

1、负责阿里巴巴诚信通店铺的整体运营，包括产品的上下架及营销活动的策划；

2、店铺装修：制定并执行推广方案，对活动商品进行页面美化、关联销售、搭配套餐等一系列的增加转化率的有效措施；

3、店铺推广排名：按照平台排名规则，优化店铺关键词，提升产品关键词排名；

4、善于运用P4P直通车推广，通过推广增加曝光量，点击率，询盘量及客户反馈量；

5、整理记录平台相关数据报表；

6、英文流利口语和书写；

7、足够抗压能力，责任心强，善于学习，具备成功独立开发客户的经验，能独立运营公司的外贸平台开发客户；
