Position Title: Project Manager - Social Business, Heinz China

Reports to: Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Heinz China

1. Purpose of Position

Reporting to Vice President of Corporate Affairs, the incumbent will be responsible for the management of the projects related to social business. In this role, the Project Manager of Social Business will represent Heinz in the negotiations and communications in social business, and act as the key contact of Heinz with business partners.

Main Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of VP, cooperate with BUs to leverage the networking with governments and related governmental bodies
• Lead projects such as the Micronutrient Project Government Purchasing Project as well as CSR projects that will enhance the brand value of Heinz
• Keep close communication with BUs and lead the project team on the bidding process of social business, including preparation, negotiation, management, and follow-ups, to achieve the best bidding result.

2. Knowledge, Professional Experience and Preferred Requirements

·At least 8 years of working experience in MNC related to pharmaceutical, medical treatment or medical instruments industry

·Bachelor Degree or above

·Experience on government purchasing, project bidding and management

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin. English communication skill is preferable

·Good government resource networks

·Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

·Driven and possess strong project management capabilities

·Uncompromising integrity

·Ability to think critically and act strategically
