Job Title: Buyer

Reports to: Supply Chain director

Job Summary: Sourcing and acquires quality material. Handles various stages of negotiations and evaluations of supplier bids, contract execution, making on time order place, make sure on time supplier delivery etc. This position reports directly to Supply Chain director.

Essential Functions:

• Place order to supplier based on SAP daily information, tracking, following till to supplier delivery on time with good condition.
• Obtains quality material, delivered on time, including preparing and developing of strategies and tactics for negotiations, conducting negotiations and evaluations of supplier bids, contract execution, implementation, and administration.
• Resolves delivery/receiving problems and invoice discrepancies.
• Develops and manages effective relationships with internal departments, such as Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing.
• Develops and manages effective relationships with suppliers, including supplier visits and evaluations, and analysis of supplier performance if necessary.
• Consolidates supply base and standardizes material.
• Handles obsolete and defective material.
• Required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by supervisor.
• Generate prints/drawings as necessary;
• Supplier payment application;

Skills and Education Required:

• Strong executive ability and sense of responsibility, integrity, working positively and carefully 高度责任心,执行力强,工作认真细致. 正直诚信,肯学上进.
• At least junior college or above in Supply chain or Engineering or electric as well as related field.

• At least 1 years’ experience in materials purchasing or supplier management

• Good communication/negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of corporate cost reduction planning.

• Fluent in English, written and spoken; skilled in MS office ,MRP /ERP / SAP
