职位描述

1.Drive key HR strategies to support CSSC team and TAO station.

2.Partner with Country, Product and function leaders and actively engage in staffing, organizational development, and talent management.

3.Work closely with HR manager to implement and monitor recruitment campaigns / projects to provide professional recruitment services to meet the Company's short-term and mid-term business and human resource needs.

4. Build and develop recruitment channel, maintain good relationship with college, employment agencies and local internet-recruitment agencies.

5.Select effective campus recruitment channels and tools, conducts interviews and assessments to find out the right person for the right position.

6.Communicate closely with HOD/station manager to understand their needs and demand for talent.

7.Screening candidates, recommend shortlist to HOD/station manager, arrange and implement phone interview or face to face interview.

8.Making reference check and issuing offers after approval

9.Participate in drafting job descriptions and update it regularly.

10.Ensure all training and recruitment procedure is performed in compliance with company policy, labor laws and regulations

11.Making regular recruitment reports to management to ensure all new manpower needs are met.

12.Track recruitment performance regularly and measures its effectiveness and make continuous improvements.

13.Conduct orientation training for new staff;

14.Instruct and receive on-board new employees.

15.Update and file relevant training documents, reports and record to ensure an organized database of training management.

16.Check, upload and keep employees’ P-file, ensure it’s completed.

17.Act as a cultural role model in ways that demonstrate caring, supportive and team player

18.Build up and Lead various employee welfare and recreational activities to enhance teamwork and employee morale, such as annual dinner, manager meeting, team building, birthday party and outing etc.

19.Other assigned jobs or projects.


- Proficiency in Chinese and English ·

- Professional interviewing skills, with modern interview concept ·

- Practical working knowledge of China Human Resources issues ·

- Good knowledge of HR employment laws and practices ·

- Good interpersonal skill with business acumen ·

- People oriented, high level of initiative, a willingness to learn and should be capable working independently ·

-Warm-heartedness and open-mindedness are essential.
