职责描述：

1、负责园所特色课程、美育教育工作总体规划和试试方案落实；

2、提高旗下园所艺术教育总体水平，根据国家教委要求，制定符合我园特色的教学教案；

3、负责艺术课程的教学计划的设计，明确教学目标，制定园所年度计划和学期教学计划。；

4、指导园所教学计划的落实，协调各类艺术教育活动，对艺术教学质量改进提出意见和评价。

5、总部布置其他相关工作。

任职要求：

1、本科艺术专业、教育类专业优先考虑

2、3年以上一线教学经验，1年以上课程设计工作经验

3、有美术、书法、音乐、舞蹈、影视特长优先考虑
