Where you are in the organization?
This role will report directly to the Head of Business Transformation and be part of the advanced analytics team. He/she will play a pivotal role in two strategic pillars to drive Levi’s China long term growth plan – Consumer Obsession and E-com Acceleration. He/she will be responsible for driving data-driven business decisions by generating insights and foresights through advanced analytics.

What are you doing at Levi’s?
This role offers a wide variety of projects including E-com business driver analysis, price & promotion simulation analysis for scenario planning of key commercial moments, persona analysis for marketing campaigns, consumer segmentation for key campaign engagement plan, CRM member analysis to create member life-time value, etc.
Primary responsibilities include:
? Consumer analytics and insights
o Generate consumer insights based on data analytics using statistic modeling
o Support CRM/Omni team and marketing team to create personalized consumer engagement plan and experience based on consumer insights
o Conduct personal analysis and develop Purchase Probability Prediction Model through consumer tagging, segmentation, and targeting
o Enrich consumer profile through data calibration with external big data (incl. transactional, behavioral, and media data)
o Conduct consumer life-time value analysis to predict future purchasing behaviors and value contribution by consume segmentation and lifecycle
o Develop a holistic consumer data strategy roadmap to fulfil seamless end-to-end consumer engagement and value creation
? E-com/digital business analytics
o Conduct business driver analysis for E-com, esp. Tmall platform to identify opportunities for both daily operation and big commercial moments
o Develop and maintain a price & promotion simulation model to predict E-com traffic and sales for key commercial moments and mitigate risks through scenario planning
? CRM/Omni analytics
o Conduct CRM member analysis and regular performance reporting
o Conduct Omni channel performance analysis and diagnosis to provide business recommendations
How you are expected to work at Levi’s?
· As a senior manager of consumer and digital analytics, you must be a passionate learner and innovative problem solver with excellent expertise in the field of digital & consumer analytics, an effective collaborator and impactful influencer to with other teams and influence the business decisions to the highest level.
· Individual contributor with support from internal data science team and external analytics partners
· Manager business partner relationships, and ensure the value and use of SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound) digital data and data-based insights
· Support business teams with regular & ad-hoc reporting and in-depth analysis, provide recommendations to grow business
· Hands-on experience developing insights from digital analytics. Detailed understanding of digital analytics across platforms. Ability to synthesize data from many sources into actionable insights
Desired qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in an analytics/quantitative field or equivalent working experience
· Knowledge of simulation & forecasting modelling and statistical testing methodology
· 10+ years’ experience with 5 years of experience with consumer and digital analytics, relevant experience in fashion retail or consulting firm preferred
· Deep knowledge of consumer tagging, segmentation, and targeting
· Deep knowledge of China E-com ecosystem, business pattern, and competitive dynamics
· Ability to translate business questions into analytics solutions and translate statistical output into business languages
· Ability to navigate and succeed in a matrix organization with advanced experience in communicating with senior managers and executives, and strong communication skills in presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels
· Ability to manage time effectively, and manager multiple priorities in a challenging, fast-paced, dynamic business environment
