Summary of the job
1-Perform verification, validation test as per request from project team or other customers and issue qualified test report.
2-Follow certification test if requested.
3-Work closely with PTLs and test demander to meet the test objective, optimize people and equipment resource to meet
test schedule in order to guarantee the project schedule.
4-Provide high quality test result to optimize product design and reduce the quality risk.
5-Follow safety rules and get involved in safety improvement, contribute to lab development including test methodology,
lab procedure etc.
Responsibility:
1-Perform verification and validation test
- Work with PTL team to meet project requirement, contribute on verification,validation and certification plan setup.
- Perform the right test with team member and write internal test report.
- Work in the way based on CNAS and support Type test
2-Safety involvement
- Follow strictly the safety rules
- Contribute to lab safety improvement
3-Lab development
- Improve test methodology and procedures
- Get involved in lab development including equipment commissioning
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and Electrical engineering background is preferred.(New graduated student with master degree is acceptable as well)
Familiar with MV product knowledge and related standard knowledge is a plus.
Electrical test or measurement basic skills.
Good English reading and writing command, good oral English is a plus.
Positive & team work spirit, do things with quality sense.
Basic level of leadership.

Good at communication and coordination internally and externally.
