1、LBShell行程维护，检查，关闭和记录；

2、LBShell数据请求和更新，包括但不限于新客户激活，新工厂申请，新罐信息等。

3、对调度的计划进行检查，使司机及车辆利用更加高效；

4、协调解决调度对运输的需求；针对客户需求，提醒并监督司机准备相应的设施；

5、对司机遇到的沟通问题与调度沟通加以解决，监督与平衡司机的工作量，减少司机不稳定的工作情绪；

6、解决司机正常运作中的困难，包括MOBY的使用、下载及打印等工作；

7、协调解决销售反馈的有关运输的客户问题；

8、协调/印刷部门所需的各种单据，并确认有足够的库存。

9、协调/采购部门的各种易耗品，安全用品。

10、库存周期盘点，及时报告产品损失；

11、司机的日常管理工作，包括传达公司制度，司机请假及报销等；

12、外租车司机及车辆管理；解决支援人员后勤工作；审核第三方租车的工作量；

13、执行优化项目、使用及分析数据，监控司机的驾驶习惯，排除不安全行为；
