职位概要：

Incumbent is responsible for demand and supply planning, inventory and procurement activities associated with China Market to ensure that the company meets its revenue plan, inventory and customer service goals through managing demand-supply balance, inventory levels to stated global operations goals, driving performance to metric targets including the development and execution of continuous improvement plans to China supply chain planning, facilitating China Sales & Operations Planning process to drive organizational consensus on sales trends and future forecast and requiring cross functional relationship with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to ensure that a proper forecast is in place that translates into having the right inventory and subsequently fulfilling customer orders to achieve revenue target.

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

?Develop China supply chain planning process, and deliver accurate demand forecast across all businesses and product groups, optimal supply and inventory plan

?Improve forecast accuracy, material availability, working capital management including SLOB and service excellence to customers, and drive changes and corrective actions to ensure required service levels.

?Have regular demand review with Marketing, Product Managers, Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial to build strategic alignment and consensus

?Develop initiatives and demand planning tools to consolidate data and improve forecast accuracy with statistical modally and detailed analysis of identified trends to drive appropriate corrective actions.

?Support and facilitate cross functional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for China.

?Experience implementing supply chain improvement initiatives such as customer specific forecasting, collaborative planning, and sales and operations planning.

?Balance supply and demand at SKU level, driving continuous improvement in demand forecasting, inventory management & supply planning management

?Establish platform and provide guidance to align the Business Unit Forecast to increase service level and reduce backorders to external customers and manage the spikes in demand by exceptional handling with the global Demand Fulfillment team and S&OP with sourcing plants

?Responsible for procurement & replenishment for on time delivery of PO and GIT, regular item classification review, and supplier’s performance management using appropriate reports and analytics

?Have a regular supply review with sources, optimize supply and inventory planning to proactively identify issues and resolutions, drive continuous improvement in supply continuity and inventory holding, and improve service while reducing BO and minimizing E&O.

?Update supply chain planning metrics to support the business, identify gaps and increase our service levels to our customers, and develop planning SOP, WI and planning tools

?Perform data processing and analysis, develop quantitative models and methods to derive actionable insights from data, and use insights to improve outcomes, and favorably influence strategies beyond standard reporting.

?Provide timely support to internal stakeholders and be the point of escalation on supply delivery issues for China, and supply outlook & pre-alert are communicated to BU / management on timely manner

?Performs other duties as assigned by line manager

教育程度：

?Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or equivalent.

工作经验：

Min. 5 years’ progressive experience in supply chain planning or analytics in multinational corporation including demand planning and supply planning, CPIM preferred

?Medical device / pharmaceutical / life sciences / FMCG background preferred

?Experience creating complex statistical and financial analysis and reports.

?Experience forecasting in a high-volume repetitive manufacturing environment with customers in several trade channels.

?Good knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP R/3 ***, APO and skilled at MS Excel, and experience with Demand

solutions is a plus.

?Experience in project and process management within a changing environment

?The candidate must have strong skills at spreadsheet modeling and data warehouse interaction as well as conclusion and assumption definition.

?The candidate must demonstrate a professional and confident manner, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, quality/customer focus and tenacious problem-solving skills.

?Must be flexible and adaptive in the diverse and growing corporate matrix environment. Must work effectively within established deadlines.

?Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail are required, and able to work under pressure
