MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Providing administrative support to the EA Director and EA team in Guangzhou, Beijing and Yangzhou

2. Supporting on EA weekly & monthly update - news letter

3. Providing necessary support to EA Manager on local government relations

4. Providing logistic support on organizing events and activities, like executive visits and official meeting arrangement.

5. Other temporary tasks based on need

Candidate Requirements:

1. College or Bachelor degree

2. 2-4 year work experience ideally with in-house MNCs

3. Good command of oral & written English

4. Good interpersonal and internal & external communication skills

5. Sensitive to external environment with good analytical and problem solving skills

6. Service oriented and like-to-help type.

7. Proficient in using Office IT tool
