1、全面负责芯片端到端质量管理工作，以客户需求为导向，制定E2E质量要求和质量计划，并确保实施符合要求；
2、推动芯片研发流程标准化，制定芯片研发质量管理方案，并有计划的推进、实施；
3、负责建设与本领域相匹配的IPD E2E流程和管理体系，并持续识别改进点，负责闭环改进；
4、组织并熟练使用各种质量工具和方法对质量问题进行根因分析、处理、纠正、预防措施的制定和执行落地；
5、负责产品生命周期阶段的质量管控，并持续优化及完善流程或方法；
6、构建全员一次把事情做对的质量意识和质量文化，持续提升组织的质量改进能力。
7、构建全员遵从流程、有效执行流程、持续改进流程的氛围。

1. Be fully responsible for chip E2E quality management, make E2E quality requirements and quality plans based on customer requirements, and ensure the implementation meets the requirements;
2. Promote the standardization of chip R&D process, formulate the quality plan and implement it in a planned way;
3. Be responsible for the construction of IPD E2E process and management system matching with the field, continuously identify improvement points, and be responsible for closed-loop improvement;
4. Organize and skillfully use various quality tools and methods for root cause analysis, containment, corrective and preventive measures formulation and implementation;
5. Be responsible for the quality control of product life cycle stage, continuously optimize and improve the process or method;
6. To build the quality awareness and quality culture of the whole staff to DTRFT“Do things right at first time”, and continuously improve the quality improvement ability of the organization.
7. Build the atmosphere that all staff follow the process, effectively implement the process and continuously improve the process.

1、熟悉IPD和芯片研发流程；具备5年以上芯片项目质量管理工作经验，其中至少有3年以上同等岗位工作经验，优秀的分析和解决质量问题的能力，熟练使用新老七QC工具、SIPOC、PDCA改进等方法；
2、具备一定的前瞻性和预见性，能够提前对潜在风险提出预案；
3、具有质量管理体系（ISO9001、IATF16949等）知识、统计学基础知识，熟悉项目管理、六西格玛等产品开发管理方法；
4、具有质量管理体系内审员培训（ISO9001、IATF16949等）、质量工程师等培训
5、工作务实、敬业，有强烈的责任意识，具备较强的领导能力，以及良好的沟通及协调能力。

1.Familiar with chip R&D process. More than 5 years of experience in chip project quality management, including at least 3 years of experience in the same position, excellent ability to analyze and solve quality problems, skilled in using new and old seven QC tools, SIPOC, PDCA improvement methods.
2. Have a certain degree of foresight, be able to put forward plans for potential risks in advance.
3. Knowledge of quality management system (ISO9001, IATF16949, etc.) and basic knowledge of statistics, familiar with project management, six sigma and other product development management methods.
4. With quality management system internal auditor training (ISO9001, iatf16949, etc.), quality engineer training
5. Pragmatic, dedicated, strong sense of responsibility, strong leadership, good communication and coordination skills.
