职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责建设和发展运营团队，组织开展员工队伍培训、考核评价及人才梯队建设工作，满足公司业务拓展需要；负责下辖相关岗位的人员招募及培训鉴定；
2、负责所辖区域的整体市场工作计划的制定、部署及监督实施，提升品牌在所辖区域的知名度和认同度等；负责建立、完善运营相关系统及工作标准；负责公司各项规章制度在所辖区域的贯彻执行。负责推动所辖区域的渠道拓展；负责协调处理所辖区域外部公共关系（政府、重要客户等）。
3、负责对外战略合作品牌的协调、策划、组织与合作实施工作，负责大型重点项目洽谈、管控与形象创新工作，行业品牌竞争格局分析与竞争策略规划，品牌产品概念策划与推广方案设计。
4、负责部门的日常管理工作，确保部门系统的有序运行。
5、负责分解工作目标与绩效指标，部署监控中心业务运营，保障目标达成；
6、负责达成总经理交办的其它工作。
任职要求：
1、五年以上同行业工作经验；
2、曾担任五星级酒店保洁、清洁行业，或物业相关项目的运作经理；
3、具备独立主持一个或多个项目的能力；
4、有一定的英语基础者优先。
