职位描述
服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Responsible China tolling plant external raw material planning, solve the exception and alert, execution activities to ensure material availability, control the logistics cost and maintain the inventory at reasonable level to support timely and efficient product delivery to meet production schedule. Coordinate with Procurement team to ensure the supply of external RM is in place. Initial new idea to drive process simplication and optimization in routin job and delivery KPI.
1.Work with MP/DP/SP for Monthly RM planning, weekly RUI report, and daily RM supportability check. Determine quantity and delivery date of material needed and create purchase requisitions to be handed off to Procurement. Ensure Right RM is supplied with Right Quantity at Right Time.
2.RM inventory management: planning stategy and paremeter review&setting in system; Monitor BOM and inventory accuracy; Aged RM & Obsolescence analysis, sharing, return, scrap etc. Control inventory, aged RM, Obsolescence to meet the target.
3.Communicate with sourcing team to resolve RM supply issue, PO expedite or delay, cancellation againt customer demand fluctuation. Monitor supplier delivery performance, and drive MOQ and lead-time reduction. Address a daily basis alert to prevent interrupting production or changing the first promise date.
4.Closely work with tolling plant for timely tolling material transfer, correct RM using, replacement decision according to RM availability & process supportability. Monitor manufacturing execution.
5.Initiate and coordinate opportunities across overall value chain to drive process simplication and productivity and Control detenstion and demurrage cost, minimizing RM air freight cost, drive TCO.
6.Responsible agreed shared material in silo/tank inventory replenishment per tolling plant demand on their own product usage and coordinate for material sales
Cooperate with QA, procurement, PM and BU to support new project/product flawless launch.
服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
1.Bachelors Degree in Engineering/supply chain/ business administration.
2.2-3 yrs.
3.Business Acumen, Customer Focus , Financial & Commercial Focus, Strategic Thinking, Leadership, Ethics and Personal Integrity, Coaching & Analytical Skills, MRP knowledge and SAP system knowledge.
4.Industrial /product knowledge and Supply Chain Operations.
