职位描述
服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Contract tariff maintenance both online and offline.
Manage purchasing request and purchasing order.
Suggest improvements to tariff structures where identified
Monthly billing management, including extra cost audit.
Handle, analyze and respond to claims filed by each carriers.
Follow up system Integrity for each supplier.
Track TMS billing error, investigate the root cause and lead to fix it into correct billing.
Follow up on credit notes, and timely good receipt in SAP.
Carrier billing performance KPI set up and follow up.
Internal billing performance KPI set up and follow up.
Drive billing process improvement for both internally and externally.
Support freight cost analysis.
Monthly financial accrual.
Make sure that financial performance within the area of responsibility in the Inbound Logistics function is correctly and continuously tracked and interpreted.
Report project saving.
服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
Transportation/logistics/automotive background.
Sensitive on data and excellent skill in EXCEL is mandatory.
Strong communication, coordination and cooperation skills in cross-function.
Good skills in ACCESS and PowerBI is preferred and PLUS.
Good skill in file management.
Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
