Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all digital EC projects, including sales-driven WeChat mini-programs, innovative campaigns, Tmall collaboration, marketplace development.
? Identify, analyze and evaluate EC strategies and initiatives that will result in business growth;
? Project development and maintenance; work closely with vendors to develop suitable tools to optimize EC initiatives and campaigns;
? Establish and lead the implementation of new ec channel commerce strategy and integrate it into the commercial plans of each brand;
? Establish positive relationships within the platform to drive the new retail Innovation strategy. Engage with internal partners as required to learn and influence EC trends, remaining forward-thinking about non-product opportunities and pioneer initiatives;
? Day-to-day coordination and management with vendors to ensure the online needs are met in operations and marketing/communications. Work effectively with cross-functional departments and necessary action.


Requirements:
?Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 3 years' substantial EC experience, extensive knowledge of digital media, and retail marketing.
? Strong communication skills, good command of English
? Basic technical knowledge with EC related apps and platforms
? Can work across teams and adapt well in a fast-paced moving environment
