We hope you can: 

1. Carry out supplier qualification assessment and sign contracts, mainly responsible for the management and performance of shipping contracts. Sort out and evaluate the company's existing shipping import and export service providers, and clarify and refine the advantages and characteristics of each supplier. Develop, screen and introduce new shipping import and export service providers, and combine with the company's existing supplier resources to establish a supplier management system for the shipping import and export module. Develop work plans for different business stages and track completion; 

2. According to the company's needs, purchase superior freight rates from different shipping companies on the routes, and manage the freight rates of the company's routes; 

3. Responsible for controlling airline costs and cooperating with company sales to complete sales tasks; 

4. Proficient in route knowledge, mainly responsible for route quotation, regularly update the tariff list, reply to customers' daily inquiries and quotations, and coordinate shipping spaces; 

5. Combining the needs of customers and the strategic cooperation plan of the route to which they belong, select and arrange the best booking channel to ensure the quality of supply, and work together with customer service personnel and business personnel to improve customer experience; 

6. Responsible for the preparation of post operating procedures (SOP) and related rules and regulations and various standardized management documents, and timely follow-up inspection of the implementation, and conduct effective, standardized and systematic management of the department. 

 We hope you have: 

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in freight forwarding, logistics or trade; 

2. 8 years or more of working experience in shipping companies or medium and large international freight forwarders, more than 5 years of experience in shipping routes, and understanding of landing strategies in different markets (CIF or FOB); 

3. Have a good knowledge of the route expertise of each port of the route, the products of each shipowner (including peer suppliers), and the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of each shipowner (including peer suppliers), and maintain a good relationship with each shipping company. And have relevant personal connections; 

4. Enhance independent communication and independent thinking ability with suppliers (shipowners/peers); 

5. Good English expression skills, basic communication barrier-free; 

6. Good at discovering new resources, strong communication skills, and certain management experience; 

7. Clearly grasp or have the ability to quickly learn the market situation and competitive situation of the route to which they belong; 

8. Have a high sense of responsibility and strong teamwork ability, learning ability and execution ability;

1. 进行供应商资质评估和签订合约，主要负责海运的合同管理和履行。整理、评估公司现有的海运进出口服务供应商，明确并细化各供应商的优势和特色。开发、筛选、引进新的海运进出口服务供应商，并与公司现有的供应商资源相结合，建立海运进出口模块的供应商管理体系。制定不同业务阶段的工作计划书和完成情况的追踪；

2. 根据公司需要向航线的不同船公司采购优势运价，管理公司航线的运价；

3. 负责控制航线成本，配合公司销售完成销售任务；

4. 精通航线知识，主要负责航线的报价，定期更新运价表，回复客户日常的询价、报价，协调舱位；；

5. 结合客户需要及所属航线战略合作计划，选择安排最优的订舱渠道确保供给质量，与客服人员及业务人员共同努力，提升客户体验；

6. 负责进行岗位的操作规程（SOP）及相关规章制度和各种标准化管理文件的编写，并及时对执行情况进行跟踪检查，对部门进行有效、规范、系统化管理。

我们希望你具备：

1. 大学本科及以上，货代、物流或贸易类相关专业；

2. 8年及以上船公司或中大型国际货代公司工作经验，5年以上海运航线经验，了解不同市场间（CIF or FOB）的落地战略；

3. 了熟知所属航线各口岸的航线专业知识，各船东（包括同行供应商）的产品，以及各船东（包括同行供应商）相关产品特色及优劣势，与个船公司保持良好关系，并拥有相关人脉关系；

4. 增强与供应商（船东/同行）的独立沟通能及独立思考能力；

5. 英语表达能力良好，基本沟通无障碍；

6. 善于发掘新资源，沟通能力强，并有一定管理经验；

7. 清楚掌握或具备快速学习所属航线的市场行情、竞争态势的能力；

8. 具备高度的责任感以及较强的团队合作能力，学习能力及执行力；
