职位描述
Basic Responsibilities基本职责
1. Follow up the business development trend timely; collect more information to support human resource allocation according to business report forma.
实时观测公司各项业务发展动态,汇总各种业务报表,从报表中寻找与人力发展、人员配备相关的根源信息。
2. Coordinate the programs to support talent training, development and retention with the L&D. Be responsible for program’s relative analysis report and action plan.
与L&D团队一起推动业务部门为培养、发展与保留人才所开展的各项项目,负责完成部分项目相关的分析报告。
3. Support relative job about employee benefits, such as service mechanics’ retention bonus and expat allowances.
支持员工福利相关工作,例如油费、话费以及外派补贴等。
4. Take charge of on-boarding process, internal transfer and employee demission. Issue relative nominations based on the change of organization structure.
处理业务部门的员工入职、变动、离职等相关事宜。在组织架构发生变化时,发布相关的任命。
5 Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
领导安排的其他工作。
