1. Define the scope of the project and create the general plan of the Program;

2. Identify and manage stakeholders;

3. Support Sales in the acquisition of new orders according to Business Lines targets;

4. Responsible for Final Unitary Product Cost, Scope and Timing of the overall program within the guidelines of PMO

5. Lead Core Team members from Nomination phase until the stabilization of quality and production capacity;

6. Manage planned activities through Project Reviews and the compliance with internal Milestones;

7. Organize Team meetings in adequate frequency for each on-going project to follow targets until handover to serial production;

8. Communication hub to project team and stakeholders involved in the Project;

9. Interface with Customers and Management;

10. Ensure systematic reporting to the Management about projects progress;

11. Manage issue logs and risk management plans in order to provide warnings of serious deviations or variations that may compromise project results and promote corrective actions;

12.  Ensure the creation and utilization of  Lesson Learned;

13. Ensure the deployment of *** Standard Product Development Methodology, Product libraries, Quality tools/methods and standardization of solutions, in collaboration with other involved departments   (Product Development, Quality, etc.).

1. Bachelor degree or above and with knowledge

2. Minimum 5 years China auto industry working experience

3. Good oral and written English communication ability

4. Basic computer skill Capabilities & Desired Characteristics:
