Job Summary
Handle customer’s booking and service enquiry. Build up and maintain positive communication with external and internal customers.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between customer and CEVA.
Handle customer’s booking
Provide proper solution to customer’s enquiry
Prepare related shipping documents
Shpt tracking & tracing
Keep good communication with external and internal customer
Other duties as assigned


Qualifications
College degree or above
At least one year working experience in forwarder industry
Known well Ocean/Air procedure
Can read/write in English for jobs request
Good communication with customer
CET 4 or above
