Act in the leadership role as a trusted business partner, working with business units to get the alinement and in shaping the data analysis digital needs, map the business requirements to digital solution according to data governance standard

Drive the delivery of data project and take all necessary corrective actions to ensure that all elements of the business requirement are being delivered

Manage, rollout and optimize the data governance operation model across china operation, maintain data standard and integrity across different platforms, and take initiatives to eliminate the data inconsistency, improve accuracy and timeliness, and reduce complexity and ambiguity

Represent china operation to support global data initiative rollout in china region

Bachelor or above of mathematics/statistics/economics/information technology or related of famous University

· 10 + years’ business experience, with proven ability to work with business and analytics leaders to identity and align on data needs and workable solution

· Good understanding of cross functional end to end business process and data integration structure and logic

· Proven experience in data governance, including developing and implementing data quality and data governance standards, practices etc.

· Proven experience in working large volumes of data from multiple systems, with the deploying of data platform and business analytics tools, business intelligence and visualization solutions in direct support business needs.

· Proven experience in enterprise data modeling design (conceptual, logical)

· Project management experience is required, ideally the large data project with the platform of AWS cloud solution and technology.

· Sophisticated usage of at least one of popular BI tools like power BI, Tableau or Qlik, knowledge of SAP (ERP, BW) and AWS redshift is highly preferred

· Must have the ability to solve complex business problems and present recommendations to senior management effectively
