职位描述

Overall Purpose

-          Achieving sales targets

 

-          Managing the sales activities, including Channel/partner development and key account development etc.

 

-          Negotiation of contracts with target partner/key account

-          Provide a central point of contact for all assigned partners/key accounts(global/local)

 

Duties and Responsibilities

-          Ensuring the development of potential customers incl. all relevant sales actions and

 

-          manage the sales activities effectively and efficiently

 

-          Establishing long term customer relationships

 

-          Networking at relevant events/lobbying

 

-          identification of business cases for customers

 

-          identification of customer needs and goals

 

-          Lead and contact development up to successful closure

 

-          Strategic positioning of company as a solution provider

 

-          Skillful "follow-up" and negotiating through to the conclusion of the opportunity

 

-          Collaboration with Solution Services teams/technicians

 

-          Focus and analyze market development competitors

 

-          Develops a "feeling" for the market and shares it

-          Any reasonable management requests

 

Education, Experiences and Skills

Bachelor degree Economics of equivalent with a minimum 8 years job related experience.

 

Functional Technical Competencies

 

-          Proven results in channel ,partner and key account management and sales of total solutions to relevant target customers

-          Experienced with C-level contacts

-          Excellent value of presentation skills

-          Working network to customers and key opinion leaders of relevant markets

-          English language skills

-          Understands business cases

-          Competitor Knowledge

-          Knowledge of food industry compliance, regulations norms standards, law

-          Solution sales skill and marketing knowledge

-          Business sense for China food and drink market

-          Cold calling experience
