Position Summary：This role will support business growth with various promotion activities. In this role, you will assist senior stakeholders to plan and execute marketing promotion programs for defined business.

Job Responsibilities/Deliverable：

Execute and support promotion yearly/quarterly promotion planning as N-3 cadence per channel/product strategy with creative, online and offline and CN/HK/TW, including defining and executing marketing plans, valuating activist effectiveness and developing optimum proposals

Identify and implement marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales team, improve consumer experience and marketing effect, to maintain new and existing customer loyalty.

Lead overall promotion activities (online and offline, also landlord anniversary promotion/ VIP event application), including selecting promotion assortment, manage

promotion mechanism with reasonable gross margin%, maximum promotion effects.

Analyze in market competitive products moving price and market share and give out insight on opportunities

IOS and EOL management with monthly tracking report.

Compile trade activities application/correspondence for internal/external approval.

Wechat store sales price setting (Hybris) and GCN retail promotion mechanism setting (POS), should be ready one week before the promotion start.
