Supervise the production process at the Accessories’ vendors coordinating the information flow between headquarter and vendors.

  

Timely realization of products in line with Company target’s quality, workmanship, durability.

  

  

Salesman sample phase

  

• Assist and support development team during final inspection of the Sales *** samples to have a first overview of styles, constructions and complexity.

• Release salesman samples shipment in accordance with development team.

  Industrialization meeting phase

• Take part in Industrialization meeting to receive in details all information concerning production

• Overview materials, colour combinations, confirmation samples through specific check lists

• Support Approval Forms (AF) preparation

• Verify that Pre-Production Samples (PPS) are finalized as per Industrialization Team’s request

  Production phase

                        

• Verify production capacity and production lines set up

• Receive and check production orders and monitoring files

• Verify timing/availability of all materials/components required for production

• Material in-bound control: confirm materials quality and colours.

• Upon request check test results on materials to verify compliance to Company quality standards and RSL

• In-line inspections as a daily check of all processes in factory

• Provide feedback to headquarter by monitoring the production status and reporting foreseen delivery dates

• Provide early warning to headquarter in case of possible delays

• Final inspection: perform final inspection based on AQL standards

• Support factory during QI Inspections

• Verify that quality of the packaging materials is up to company standards

• Verify, through specific check lists, that all labelling and packaging instructions are in compliance with Company standards and Routine Guide

• Authorize/Reject shipment

• Update all necessary documents

  General:

                                  

• Manage all processes according to given deadlines

• Ensure respect of Company quality and routine guidelines

• Work closely with all internal and external interfaces, ensuring a smooth communication flow

  Key Performance Indicators

            

• Quality of production as per Company standards

• Production delivered on time

  职位要求POSITION/PERSON QUALIFICATIONS:

          

• At least 10 years technical experience in leather accessories making industry, with at least 5 years in quality control related positions

• Excellent knowledges of materials, constructions, machinery and workmanship

• Extensive experience with high-end leather accessories is requested

• Ability to identify potential problems and to provide guidance for solution implementation

• Good written/spoken English and Mandarin are a must. Cantonese is a plus.

• Skilful in computer operating

• Highly organized and effective

• Flexible and adaptable, to follow changes in a continuously evolving environment

• Team player, with open mind and willing to learn
