Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for the overall management of the operation team, leading the team to complete the daily operation and maintenance work.

·        According to the team's strategic development direction, develop the operation strategy

·        Cooperate with the company to implement policies; create a good team working atmosphere for the team, enhance team cohesion and centripetal force

·        Continuously optimize the daily operation process management to improve the team's work quality and efficiency

·        Assist in leading related projects and internal meeting support

·        Other daily operation support as required

Qualification Requirement

·        Bachelor degree or above.

·        Minimum 3-5 year sales operation experiences in multi-national company and relevant team management experience preferred

·        Proficient at oral & written English and Chinese-Good PC skills

·        Excellent communication / interpersonal skill

·        High sense of responsibility
