Job Description:

? Assists the Digital Customer Service Team Leader on day-to-day operations.

? Process and deliver PPT & Excel reports based on internal data sources on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

? Manage existing reports to ensure the traceability of any modifications

? Responsible for report quality for both new and existing report.

? Support E-tailer sales report, including weekly, monthly reporting and other merchandising analysis.

? Support to manage E-tailers merchandising, in terms of order delivery, return, campaign execution and price monitor

? Support China E-Commerce direct-to-customer sites’ operation execution to ensure all activities launched smoothly

? Timely and effectively complete other tasks assigned by Team Leader

Job Requirements:

Strong logical analysis ability, high sensitivity to Numbers; Able to detect abnormal data

Good MS office skills, highly skilled in MS Excel, analytical and reporting skills
