What are my responsibilities?
- Conclude orders, and follow up to ensure timely installation full customer satisfaction
- Project Administration included find project, filter and focus important project, conclusion and get order. Achieve the target
- Organization of bidding procedure, coordinate marketing, modality, sales manager, Logistic and Service dept to participate bidding
- Participate area marketing Activity, for example, exhibition, seminar, penning ceremony, take care customer who join these activities
- Customer Satisfy, regularly customer visit and report to relevant dept to solve problem
- Weekly and Monthly report
- Participate sales training and have self training plan, action and conclusion
- Marketing information collection, analysis and reporting
- Achieve sales target in assigned territories for all medical product lines
- Fully responsible for all the Sales / Engineering activities.
- Prepare various reports of competitive factors, new sales, sales lost, customer product, major projects, customer calls, expense accounts expenditures, and industry trends.
- Obtain maximum profitability from customer accounts through increased sales volume, an increase in high-profit item sales and a lowering of sales expense.
- Develop positive relationship with customers and secure seamless communication.
- Be consultant and problem solver for the customer
- Familiarizes himself/herself with customer operations and the problems associated with their business in order to gain information about and determine the inherent problems of the customer's industry which may influence the sales success of products within that industry.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor or above
- At least 2 years in medical equipment product selling, with a multinational company is preferred.
- Result and quality orientation
- 1 year project handling experience
- Organization of sales action
- 1 year experience of work in different culture company is better
- Ability to communicate to and convince customers
- Experience in following up project report
- Medical Product knowledge
