Review & analyze overall S-APQP performance globally

Analyze (systematic) root causes for underperformance

Evaluate improvement needs for suppliers and decide on specific development steps together with Purchasing

Evaluate improvement needs for Veoneer and address internally

Follow-up of development steps and evaluate effectiveness

If necessary, support SQE to solve open issues leading to PPAP problems

Review supplier performance on a regular basis globally

VS 51 supplier performance of all suppliers in the commodity

Analyze differences between regions

Drive quality improvements and visualization of key Supplier Quality indicators

Provide Management status reports on regular basis

Yokoten lessons learned, corrective and preventive actions as well as best practices within the commodity supplier base globally (master FMEA, Yokoten matrix, …)

Cooperate with Commodity manager and the Component Development Group

Participate to definition of supplier strategy

Participate to supplier selection

Define supplier quality targets

Coordinate actions in any Global Supplier Quality Alert in the commodity and make sure issue is well defined and scoped

Be involved in Escalation Model

Gather information from the SQE teams on upcoming projects / changes related to suppliers, in cooperation with Veoneer Engineering &Projects / Purchasing organizations globally, evaluate areas of risks and define mitigation actions in the PPAP process

Gather information from the SQE teams on upcoming SREA, in cooperation with Purchasing organizations globally, evaluate areas of risks and define mitigation actions

If need be for temporary work load reasons in the SQE teams, or if this makes sense based on location of the activities, act in any of the SQE activities

Diploma: Bachelor’s degree

Working Experience: +3 years working experience with SQE role in automobile/electronics industry

Language: Good English
