Recruitment
Efficiently support hiring replacement in existing store and new opening store base staff needs and plan.
Guide the whole recruitment process for Store SLT and elevated associates’ level from position opening, screen CV, interview, offering, till candidate on boarding.
Maintaining and managing currently channel and suggesting more hiring channel.
Participate in the campus recruitment.
Reserve the external talents in advance with business needs and company growth.
Compensation and Benefits
Work with HR SSC maintain the data in all the relevant HR systems and utilize the relevant resources to improve working efficiency;
Support C&B and HR SSC to manage regional stores attendance, including consolidate, audit, analysis.
Training and coaching store SM/PM for the in-store people management process.
Deal with daily C&B problem for all regional stores.
Performance and talent Management
Assist senior HR manager to drive the performance management process, include the mid-year review/the end year review/ Individual development plan.
Facilitate the performance management process of training.
Assist senior HR manager to set talent pool, follow up the retail trainee and regular TB with potential associates.
- Conduct the buddy program, make new store and replacement selection Plan and Buddy interview independently, check and follow the in-store buddy status and implement.
Employee Engagement
Support senior HR manager to drive and deploy the employee engagement activities in the regional stores.
Organize varied staff activities to improve employee engagement, such as we care activity.
Well conduct associate exit interview, understand the real exit reason and provide the solution.
Provide consultation on employee relationship issues.
Policies and Procedures
Implement and review local policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines;
Ensure employee compliance of local policies and procedures;
Manage and deliver policy and procedure orientation and communication programs for assigned scope
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, above 3 years HR experiences in a Human Resources generalist role including recruitment, performance and talent management, employee relationship, C&B, etc., and better to have work experiences in retail industry;
Passion, Independently, self-motivated, can work under fast pace with pressure, quick adaptability to new environment;
Good learning ability and communication skill;
Highly responsible, and attention to details;
Familiar with China labor laws and regulations, experienced in China employee relationship management;
Open-minded and flexibility to work in a fast growing, changing environment;
Good English and Chinese both in written and oral;
Good skill for office software, especially excel and PPT.
