职位描述

CRM executive is expected to cover below specified job description under the supervision of CRM manager:

1) Fully dedicated to Cosmetics Store CRM program
- Ensure fundamentals of CRM program: POS infrastructure, data transfer and backend data management
- Shape and implement membership program basics: recruitment threshold, points accumulation and member benefits
- Formulate and execute yearly campaign and communication plan
- Monthly tracking of KPI achievement
- Points redemption project (yearly base)
- Call center supervision

2) Assist CRM manager on routine CRM program execution
- Monthly Activity Book update: including CRM activities description, counter display, materials distribution list, back-end communication plan
- CRM counter materials management: follow up design/production/internal order/bomming/, counter allocation and delivery status tracking)
- Filed sales communication: Guide and interact with field sales to strengthen activity implementation via emailing and phone communication

3) Ad hoc CRM campaign coordination
- Coordinate internally with marketing, trade marketing and training to aligned and implement campaign plan
- Follow up internal process to facilitate campaign execution
- Connect with CRM agency to ensure smooth, timely and error-free campaign delivery

4) Key Project execution- Counter CRM Redemption
- Assist CRM manager to follow counter CRM redemption program
- Provide assistance to redemption goods preparation including code transfer, internal order and logistics
- Closely monitor redemption daily report(answer rate, inventory, etc) to foresee any potential risk, quickly respond with solution

5) Internal Process management
- Responsible for product code transfer, internal order and logistics arrangement
- Creation of shopping card and follow up approval/GR, in line with budget plan financial phasing

6) Handling simple data analysis requests
- Coordinate data analysis request from MKT with CRM agency, help clarify the brief and align task schedule
- Pass call back survey request from MKT to CRM agency, manage task schedule
