CRM Planning
- Plan the annual CRM strategy and plan;
- Plan the annual CRM budget and phasing;
- Plan and execute the CRM campaigns and communication to clients;
- Set annual CRM target and club target.
Campaign Management
- Analyze the customer profile before campaign;
- Segment the customer and set campaign KPI target;
- Coordinate different MKT and Sales functions to execute the campaign delivery;
- Track the campaign result and make campaign report.
VIP Club Maintenance
- Design and produce the club communication tools with the help of agency;
- Plan and execute the club gift redemption program ;
- Launch VIP gathering and help to launch beauty class;
- Design and deliver the VIP magazine to customer with the help of agency;
- Monitor the call center status daily;
- Deal with the call center request and clients complain;
- Sourcing and negotiate co-marketing project with other brands.
