This position involves partnering and influencing with other L'Oreal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Order Management, Inventory and Operations Planning to embrace the final KA forecast, the established processes, enhance existing ones and implement new systems.
Lead Implementation of Direct Business with Key Retailers.
Owner of the 'end to end' total Supply Chain for Specifics National Key Accounts
Understand the Key Accounts needs and KPI
Primary point of contact for Key Accounts
Coordinate communication from Operations departments
Represent the Key Account during internal Supply Chain Discussion
Scorecard and develop solutions to optimize results
Lead implementation of direct business and processes
Lead Joint Supply Chain Projects to maximize Order to Cash Processes
Monitor promotional and Product launch orders
Monitor and develop action plan for Discontinuations
Physical distribution efficiency: order multiples...
On shelf availability initiatives
Credit & Overdue performance
Participate in internal and external process improvement projects
Participate in the KA Joint Business Plan and facilitate collaborative Planning (Strategy and Planning)
Develop a proximity with Sales
Understands the commercial offering on promotions and launches
Participate in the planning phase and propose ideas to maximize execution
Facilitate Collaborative Forecast Process
Maintain Master Data in Customer System: GDSN
Monitor KA forecast and Inventory at store and Warehouse level
Resolve In stock and Inventory Level issues with the KA
Focus on Promotion and Launch
Validate Monthly Sales Forecast
Conduct Analysis to identify opportunities to improve the collaborative forecast
Lead 30-60-90 meeting with Commercial and Buyers to maximize execution
Pro activity on OOS and develop action plan to minimize sales impacts and OOS at store level
Performance Assessment and Share Results and recommendation
Customer Scorecard
Forecast accuracy and improvement
Promotion and New launch Assessment
Requirement / Qualifications:
University Degree
2-3 years in data extraction & analysis experience.
Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in demand planning, forecasting or sales is preferable
Strong communication skills and expertise presenting to small and large group
The candidate may be required to travel up to 20-25% domestically
Position is based in Shanghai Park Place office
