此职位为第三方职位，暂时与第三方人力资源公司签合同。

Your Mission

  

• Handle sales order placement incl. future orders, prop orders and closeout orders. etc.
• Follow up with customer hold/special launch program/order adjustment for any business needs.
• Track and monitor sales orders which were created/pending in SAP that ensure all kinds of order in correct status to fulfil company’s shipment target.

• Regular perform future order allocation for both wholesale channel and internal channel.

• Follow up with re-allocation plan which is instructed by sales team for any shortage/partial shipment issue.

• Check and track goods arrival regularly to ensure order allocation on time and in full.

• Daily check defective claims on Puma’s return platform, verify and confirm any overdue claims in time.

• Follow up with defective return order downloading from return tool and uploading to SAP within correct VAT.

• Work closely with sales operation team, logistics team, and finance team to fulfill any special return requests.
• Follow up with company’s goods claim/return claim creation, adjustment and cancellation.
• Work closely with Finance team and Sales team on credit/debit memo creation to have financial adjustments with WHSL customers.

Your Talent

• College or above
• Prefer 1 year working experience in Operation/Supply Chain/Logistics/Sales operation
• Good command of English and Chinese, written and spoken English is good
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Well knowledge of ERP/SAP is preferred
• Strong execution and patient character
• Open communication & Team Work spirit
