  RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

  

1. Be responsible for mechanical system design and parts design.
2. To establish product's reliability test procedures.
3. To implement product/Parts DFMEA/QTP/VTP test plan.
4. Conceives and plans engineering subtasks to explore product or process problems; defines and selects new concepts and approaches to the design or development of new or improved products, processes, equipment or facilities;
5. Coordinate activities with other functional areas, suppliers, contractors and consultants.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by manager.

1. Direct report to Manager-Product Engineering

2. Contact with other teams inside or outside COE

   External Business Relationships:

      

• External contacts with Supplier, Contractor

   

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS  

 

  

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical is required.
2. Min 3 years complicated electronic products ( Medical instruments / Sanitary / Refrigerator / Dishwasher / Vacuum cleaner /etc) mechanical design experience.
3. Extensive knowledge in Injection mold and Machining processes; better knowledge to plastic material, sealing material.
4. Familiar with Pro/E and Auto CAD, use tolerance calculation to achieve target functionality.
5. Experience in global organization and multi-national corporations preferred.
6. Fluent in English including writing and oral, at least CET-6.
7. Familiar with 6 sigma (DMAIC & DFSS), as well as basic Reliability knowledge.
8. Able to work under pressure
