Job description:

• Facilitate business workshops and gather requirements from various business segments to create business specifications covering R&D, NPD and Quality domains.  促进业务研讨，收集不同的业务部门需求，创建研发、新产品开发和质量领域的业务规范。

• Analyze business requirement thru day-to-day conversation and translate into technical language so technical team can delivery from functional wise.   分析业务需求，并将其转化为技术要求，使技术团队能够从职能角度进行交付。
• Assist project manager to record, track and monitor project progress and mitigate project risks.  协助项目经理记录、跟踪和监控项目进度，降低项目风险。
• Establish successful and results-oriented working relationships with business users and external parties.  与业务部门和外部供应商建立良好的、结果导向的工作关系。
• Daily support for systems of Quality, R&D and MDM domains.  支持日常工作：质量、研发和主数据管理领域。

                                            

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3 -5 years’ experiences in business analysis for supply chain / master data projects or system support. Food and FMCG industry preferred. 具备3-5年供应链、主数据项目或系统支持工作经验，从事食品或快消行业经验者优先
• Proven tracked experience with business functions of R&D, Master Data Management and Quality areas.  在研发、主数据管理和质量领域有丰富经验
• Knowledge of scaled ERP and implementation or support experiences.  具备ERP系统的实施或维护经验
• Experience with PLM and QMS system is preferred.  PLM和QMS系统实施维护经验者优先
• At least 1-2 full cycle ERP/PLM/QMS rollout or implementation experience.  有至少1-2个完整周期的ERP/PLM/QMS项目导入或实施经验
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.  有较强的口头和书面沟通能力
• Self-motivated and the capability to work without supervision.  自我驱动能力和自主工作意识
• Fluent communication in English is preferred.  英语流利者优先考虑
• Willing to work under team environment.  具备团队协作意识

Education / Certifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, MIS or business management etc.).   本科学历(计算机科学，管理信息系统或企业管理等专业)
• PMP cert. is preferred but not must.  有PMP证书者优先考虑
