This exciting role offers opportunity to:
？ 负责推动山特品牌 MOEM（Manufacturing-OEM）在智能制造行业的销售战略的实施，在目标市场中实现既定的销售任务。目标行业：制造业，自助终端，安防，能源制造，医疗，交通，通讯。
？ 负责完成所属地区的销售目标和大客户的业绩目标。发掘大客户的当前和潜在的商业价值。
？ 在智能制造行业里面开拓新客户和新的市场需求，拓展销售网络和客户资源，开发的新业务机会。
？ 在核心客户和代理商之间进行有效的项目管理，向经销商以及最终用户提供销售和产品技术支持。
？ 与产品部门紧密合作，组合市场机会和应用需求来优化产品，在市场上实现新的销售增长。
？ 配合相关职能团队设定区域和细分市场的营销活动，以在目标客户中树立山特品牌形象。

Requirements:
？ Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic, Computer, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
？ Above 5 years’ related working experience to deal with segments customers.
？ Experience in key account management concept, process and skills. Intelligent manufacturing experience preferred.
？ Capability of creation on new major accounts and new market demand in new business development.
？ Demonstrates initiative and affinity in successfully driving sales in negotiating and closing deals.
？ Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills required, in addition to the ability to influence others to achieve results.
？ Strong problem solving capabilities.
？ Must be effective working in a matrix organization and coping with numerous tasks and priorities.
？ Mandarin and English language skills desirable
