Job Description:

Overall handle accounting, bank and tax work for one brand two legal entities, including but not limited to:

• daily expense payment checking, booking, filing
• reconcile system bank recorder with bank statement
• reconcile consignment store cash collection with landlord statement
• reconcile IC balance, prepare IC recharges and collect receivables from IC
• perform FA module exercise in SAP, create fixed asset and run depreciation
• perform Akeron system exercise and ensure the booking accurate via interface to SAP
• support store open and closure, support bank POS machine setup and coordinate with bank or supplier
• perform group reporting system Tagetik submission on monthly basis
• issue tax invoice, complete monthly/yearly tax declaration and CIT annual filing
• prepare PRC report, and cooperate with external audit
• ad hoc task assigned by line manager

Job Requirements:

• bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years working experience in finance function, 2+ year GL role is a must, in retail or luxury industry is preferred
• Team worker, good communication skill, familiar with SAP/Tagetik system is a plus
• Fluent English, good PC skill
