Responsbilities：

To implement interactive and CRM campaigns to contribute to the growth of brand sales

To support CRM Manager on SCRM program’s execution, well support overall business increase.

To help other team fully leverage CRM tools to achieve customer targets

1.Support ad-hoc campaign review and consumer behavior analysis; provide support to product campaigns with adequate data analysis and proper CRM communication programs

2.Develop CRM and eCRM plan based on the analysis of current business and consumer behavior, customized for new user recruitment, loyal user retention, less active user awakening and lapsed user re-inviting

3.Assist to SCRM project management, operation and continuous optimization to improve the registration and conversion rate of leads

4.Work closely across brand teams to roll out CRM project and support regular trade online event

5.Work with IT and agency for ad-hoc campaign CR and regular system maintenance  

Requirements：

1.Bachelor degree or above ,1-2 years working experience in CRM,marketing/communication related background,prestige cosmetic industry experience is preferred

2..CRM experience, background in CRM/eCRM, digital marketing is a plus

3.Operation skills of key CRM platforms, understanding for IT and mini program system

4.Good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English

5.Strong data sense and analytical skills
