- Facilitate BU MarCom BP to develop overall MarCom strategy and plan based on BU strategic business priorities and local market needs.

- Work closely with function teams to manage BU MarCom program calendar, budget and resource allocation, and ensure the high-quality deliverables in an efficient and effective manner.

- Serve as key contact on all marketing-related activities for BU, build and maintain strong relationships with BU and Global Marketing, resolve conflicts and problems and prioritize needs in line with business understanding.

- Manage across and up through the matrix organization structure to drive Marcom activities by leveraging organizational resources for greatest success.

- Ensure smooth deployment of proven global initiatives and communication tools excellence.

- Track, measure and evaluate effectiveness/ROI of MarCom performance, and provide professional analysis and reporting.

- Bachelor+ degree，8+ years’ experience in Marketing or IMC firms experience is a strong plus

- Individual proactively and consistently presents new ideas and recommendations.

- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and propose resolution and resolve problems.

- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in collaboration, facilitation.

- Good project management experience;
