PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position is accountable for the following end results:

1. Support the deployment of China H2fM program.

1. Develop the sales of gases business by identifying and securing the good chance to invest and operate the hydrogen refilling station in the territories through AP fully owned entities or JV.

1. Develop the H2 energy sales of gas business through all kinds of channel in territories. Work closely with Sub region bulk H2 commercial team.

1. Secure the business of sales of HES equipment in territories if there is no chance for the sales of gas.

1. Interface with policymakers, major companies in China to influence a favorable position for AP.

1. Work with Merchant H2 business team to develop the leading position of H2 business in territory.

1. Ensuring that HES’s proposals, activities, and agreements are based on sound risk/reward structures.

1. Cooperate with HES Engineering Team well to develop the best service to end market.

1. Other project or job assigned by the supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Qualifications

Educational: Bachelor degree or above in the engineering or business.

Job Related: (Minimum) 10 years experience at business development.

Job Related: (Desirable) CNG, Hydrogen, fuels experience
