Innovation System Engineer (Electrical BG)

Responsibilities:

1. As a System Engineer, he/she should be the driving force in all innovative projects and take part in the commissioning of the prototype period.

2. When projects are finished, he/ she should further develop the capability and performance of the system by the electrical knowledge, experience and skills. Once something needs to be improved in the period, he should give his own proposal to guide the orientation of mechanical improvement.

3. He/she needs to make the technical report/guideline in order to make any CEC engineer understand the reason why the system should be set by the specific parameters and enhances the total capabilities of all CEC industrial engineering team by experience sharing from the innovative projects.

Requirements:

1. 大学本科以上，电气自动化或机电一体化专业。

BS or above major in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics degree in Automation.

2. 5年以上的电气工程经验，具有跨行业运动控制经验者优先。

At least 5 years’ experience in the electrical motion control. Cross industries work experiences are preferred.

3. 具有较强的PLC编程能力，如西门子，欧姆龙，倍福等。

Able to program the several brands of PLCs, e.g. Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Rockwell.

4. 精通E-plan 并使用其制作电气电路图。

Use E-plan to make the schematic. 

5. 具备气动基础知识，熟悉气缸及阀类的工作原理，会做简单气路设计。

Have basic pneumatic knowledge and be familiar with the working principle of cylinder and valve.

6. 具备一定的结构部件常识，对于运动控制中出现的负载，速度和精度之间关系有深刻的认识。

Have basic knowledge in the mechanical motion principle, have the strong sense of the relationship of payload, speed and precision.

7. 良好的沟通意识，积极主动与公司各个职能部门进行沟通，从而得到正确的信息应用于项目中。(总成本意识）

Good sense of communication. Positively communicate with the any functional department in the company, and then get the useful information in the design. (TCO judgement).

8. 英语作为工作语言。会使用Office等软件制作英文DFM(Design for modification)

Workable English are needed. Able to make DFMs by written English.
