Context and Main Challenges
-RX Maintenance Engineer mainly works equipments daily sustaining, focus on PLC software fine tune & automation controls continue improvement. Works with various departments in CHLOE including the production department, continue improvement department and engineering department to improve the lab performance on safety, lens quality, lens lead time, lens volume, lens cost, etc.

Own Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the work of maintenance department to ensure machines running smoothly, update preventive maintenance plan; 协调维修部门的工作，确保机器平稳运行, 更新预防性维护计划；
2. Order spare parts once need, coordinate the installation of new materials or machine, incept new machines or materials with acceptance sheet; 需要时订购备件, 协调新材料或新机器的安装, 接受带有验收单的新机器或新材料；
3. Propose and set up the improvement of machine to optimize quality and/or reduce the cost; 提出并设置机器改进措施，以优化质量和/或降低成本；
4. Monitor all the RX utilities and feedback to factory maintenance department once find any abnormal; 关注所有RX厂房设备，若有问题及时反馈给工厂UTI部门；
5. Regularly monitor the GEM, MBR, FFCF, HKS, DS and DIWC systems in basement status, ensure these systems running well; 定期监控地下室各种系统的状态，包括GEM，MBR，FFCF，HKS，DS和DIWC等系统，确保这些系统正常运行；
6. Strictly follow up the status of water, electricity, diesel oil and water & energy saving projects plan，monthly update the water & energy data and review the trend chart; 密切跟踪水、电、柴油的状态和节水节能项目计划, 每月更新水和能源数据并查看趋势图；
7. Participate the analysis of quotations from the supplier, control the activities of contractors to ensure that it does not affect health and safety; 参与供应商报价分析，控制承包商的活动，以确保不影响健康和安全；
8. Edit program ladder logic and structured text on multiple PLC controller platforms; 编辑多种PLC控制器平台上的程序梯形图程序；
9. Program and teach industrial robots, create intuitive operator touch screen interfaces; 编程和教授工业机器人，创建直观的操作员触摸屏界面
