工作职责:

Drive the digitalization of Supply Chain enable to largely increase working efficiency and cost effectiveness

Be driver for innovative solutions to better assist and support supply chain teams to achieve best performance

Provide data analysis insight in Supply Chain activities to monitor the performance result

Work with Management and Performance Excellence team, identify the opportunity for continuous improvement in a digital way

Work out most applicable IT solutions, to solve current issues and streamline the optimization of whole Supply Chain

Coordinate and lead key IT projects by working with internal teams, IT colleagues and external suppliers

Identify and consolidate all the best practices in terms of IT solutions in Supply Chain implemented in China

任职资格:

Bachelor’s degree or above in IT，software，computer science etc.

6-8 years’ experience or above in Supply Chain Management, preferable preferred background in computer, logistics, medicine, biology and chemistry, with more than 8 years

experience in Java/.Net based system develop and architecture.

Experience in leading technical teams, as either a technical lead, architect or development manager

Excellent OOD development skills in Java (Spring Boot、Mybatis/Hibernate、Spring Cloud)/ .Net background.

Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies

Sound understanding of design patterns and system architecture.

Skilled in the operation and use of data analysis related software, Excel, SPSS, Data warehouse, SQL, SAS, Python, etc., to build a real-time database architecture is preferred

Good interpersonal communication skills, planning and execution skills, strong career ambition, affinity and passion

Good analytical and judgment skills, good customer service awareness, skilled cost accounting ability
