Main Purpose of the Job:

This role is assist manager staff role, reporting to Senior Brand Communication Manager and Director while collaborating with all other functions and external service providers. He/she is taking the responsibility for BRITA China Brand Commination (creative and content development, digital and social campaign, own media, offsite media included TVC/OTT/OTV, digital app, search and social seeding, etc). To fully support and coordinate Brand IMC and small excitements.

Main Responsibilities:

1.Responsibilities

?Specialized in brand content and consumer engagement per brand & business development needs, and work closely with sales team to get first hand insight

?Deliver strong result through high quality media tools and suitable media mix to maximum media efficiency.  included analysis and tracking report for each campaign.

?Good partnerships and familiar with Ali Uni-marketing. J-X eco-system, and other key platforms, KOL/MCN management. 

2.Specific work elements

?Key window and owner of related brand content, digital activities, always-on social media (both brand own media and paid social seeding)

?Work with Product Marketing, Ecom, Physical and other stakeholders to develop BRITA China Brand content and some digital activities. 

?Support Senior Brand Manager to setup and carry out consumer relevant marketing campaign development and excitements.

?External agency management for projects pitch and execution, work close with agencies to provide market intelligence report.

Qualification:

1.Must

Bachelor degree, 5y+ related working experience

Professional experience / Skills:

Must

Specialized in digital and social media landscape 

Problem-solving, Dan-do mindset, detail focused

Strong accountability

Team collaboration and strong communication ability

Agency management and time management 

Fluent written / spoken English 

Preferable

Used to work in a multinational / multilingual environment with media / creative agency background

Resource with media platforms, MCNs, KOL etc
