In this role, you have the opportunity to

• Create the value for business through performing the following activities:
• Continuously driving down the conversation cost so that operation productivity is improved
• Control the CAPEX investment plan
• Preparing MBRM deck for management review
• Process improvement by applying LEAN methodology and mindset
• Ad projects assigned by Financial Controller

                            

You and your team are further responsible for:

    

·         Budgeting: Prepare AOP and quarterly RoFo for total Conversation Cost incl Enabling Function + Business Function and CAPEX on quality and on time.

    

·         Reporting: Prepare the management reporting timely and accurately

    

·         Business analysis: Analyze the financial result and provide valuable comment for management team

    

·         Business control: Work with business team to drive the cost reduction and cost agility, to deliver the budget/target

    

·         Process improvement: Apply LEAN methodology to continuously improve the process

    

    

You are part of

    

·         You will be part of the Finance Business Partner, report to Finance Director in Zhuhai Site and have diverse networks with BU Finance, global COE, China GBS and cross-functional operations teams.

    

    

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree and above in Accounting, Finance or Costing related discipline
• 5-7 working experience in MNC in GL, costing, Finance Analyst/Finance supervisor related functions, Familiar with SAP system, If Master degree with high potential and strong learning ability, 2-3 yrs. work experience acceptable
• Fast learner, strong interest in Finance Business Partner role
• Good business sense, interested in business operations, Strong analytical skills
• Proactive and positive thinking
• Being self-motivated and dependable.
• Good English and communication skill is required
