职位描述
JOB OBJECTIVES/岗位设立目的:

à To provide more delegated HR consultancy and service to business department in terms of Recruitment, Staffing, Organization, Performance Management, etc.
à To prepare for the future HR set up to meet business expansion needs.
SCOPE/岗位责任范围:

à According to company recruitment needs, support on recruiting to fulfill hiring plan for responsible dept. in accordance with company policy and process.
à Support on employee performance management follow up and tracking with responsible dept. in terms of probation, annual performance review, target setting and tracking, performance improvement plan, etc. with full monitor and analysis.
à Implement employee exit management process with accurate analysis for responsible dept.
à Provide requested HR consultancy and service for responsible dept.
RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

à Be responsible for the recruitment of non-managerial positions independently and provide support on managerial position hiring to make sure all recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned matrix, such as cycle time; recruitment cost; offer acceptance rate; 6 month probation passing rate, etc. and in accordance with company policies and standards, including:
à Clarify job descriptions with hiring manager to make sure full understanding of the position characteristic;
à Select most effective strategies to fill the openings and balance the lead time and cost effectiveness;
à Screen CVs and source candidate through effective channels to maximize the hitting rate for assigned positions;
à Keep effective communication with recruitment suppliers to ensure the quality of their service;
à Coordinate all interview arrangements to make sure the smooth of interview process;
à Coordinate on offer process including offer approval, offer letter generation and offer response with candidate to ensure the offer acceptance by candidate;
à Keep on-going communications and follow up with candidates on medical check and on boarding issues to make sure candidate’s successful on boarding;
à Keep hiring manager updated on candidate’s status after offer acceptance to make sure they have full awareness on the progress and make preparations accordingly.
à Assist superior on the annual recruitment planning by proposing feasible schedule to balance recruitment reality and department expectation and avoid complains;
à Be responsible for the delivery of recruitment plan by prioritizing urgency and conducting regular meeting with internal and external recruiting team according to defined schedule to make sure on time delivery;
à Support responsible dept. in terms of performance related topic, including probation, annual performance review, target setting and tracking, performance improvement plan, etc.to make sure on time delivery with good quality and accuracy;
à Support on managing external recruitment resources and channels, propose solution and implement on recruitment related topics, such as job fair, recruitment website, supplier management, advertisement, etc. to optimize team working efficiency and improve performance.
à According to company policy, implement employee exit process to meet standard and make sure full record of employee exit information, including exit check list, exit interview, exit analysis and report to management, etc. for responsible business unit.
à Be responsible for implementation of internal referral process to improve recruitment efficiency;
à Involve in daily business topic as the role of business partner to understand needs regarding project update, capacity planning, retention, team development and provide instant support to make sure stable and mature of the team;
à Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:

à Bachelor degree
à At least 5-8 years working experience in HR function with 3 years manufacturing industry HR experience
à Familiar with recruitment process and tools, such as website, headhunter, media platform, etc.
à Experience on performance management, staffing topic.
à High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications

à Experience on job fair or campus recruitment
à Experience in automotive industry
à Experience on handling R&D or Engineering recruitment
à Experience on other HR functions, such as C&B, ER, etc.
